Hotel The Sands Resort (Ocean Shores, USA)

The Sands Resort is an Ocean Shores hotel where tourists always find plenty to do. From shopping to sports and beach activities, the fun does not stop. Guests immensely enjoy the natural scenery of the Pacific and can indulge in many beach activities like clam digging, fishing, boating or horseback riding. Sports activities like golf and bumper cars are also a part of the city close to the resort. Guests can visit the Ocean City State Park as it is only around three miles from the place.

The rooms and suites feature a modern décor and offer partial or complete ocean views or views of the dunes. All rooms feature satellite televisions, small refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers. Some suites have kitchenettes while some have whirlpool tubs.

There is a seasonal outdoor and indoor heated pool in the resort. A sun deck for a relaxing time after a swim is present. Guests can utilize the facilities of two hot tubs on site. A games room with games like air hockey and billiards is featured. Guests can also play sand beach volleyball. A complimentary continental breakfast is served along with hot drinks. Facilities to picnic are available with the barbecue grill and tables outdoors. Wi-Fi is a free amenity in the lobby.

The swimming pools and hot tubs are not in good condition and guests find them unattractive. The resort does not have an elevator. Breakfast is pathetically insufficient and everything is overrated.

The rooms are dirty and in a state of disrepair. Mold is growing in the windows. A bad smell is prevalent. Lights are not in working condition. There are insufficient electrical sockets. Wi-Fi facility is not available in the rooms.

The bathrooms need a renovation. The toilet is loose and the outlets provided are not enough.
