Not all rooms renovated
Those guests staying in rooms that haven't been renovated yet found the furniture to be outdated and damaged, the carpets were stained, and the ceiling and walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The bathrooms had some evidence of mildew particularly in the shower area and on the ceiling, but guests pointed out that all of the kitchenettes were at least renovated already.
negative:
Limited housekeeping.
Several guests noted that the weekly housekeeping service took some getting used to, and that getting extra towels, hair dryers or irons was a bit problematic.
negative:
Not the best first impression
Guests noted that the lobby and the hallways could use a thorough cleaning to remove some of the odor and stains.
