Hotel Tees Valley Apartments (Middlesbrough, United Kingdom)

A well-placed locale, these apartments are close to city centre and easily access popular attractions of the area.  Adjacent to a lovely park and plenty of restaurants.  Free on-site parking is very convenient. 

Secure private entrances, a contemporary design and en-suite facilities are very nice, as well as the plentiful space for storage and lounging in the rooms.  Bathrooms are new with clean, functional furnishings; some units have two full bathrooms.  Kitchens have mostly sufficient provisions including cutlery, dishes and appliances.

All reviews were thrilled with the excellent television channel selection and fantastic Wi-Fi connectivity and speed.  If nothing else works out for your stay, you can at least enjoy some television and web-surfing!

The entire place reeks of stale smoke. Previous residents' undies and bathroom business are left behind for new residents to find. Mouldy bathroom fixtures and broken/indecipherable temperature controls.  Springs are poking out through the mattresses and they cave in terribly. Dust everywhere.  

Some complained the apartments were quite far from all public transportation links.

Missing hooks or hangers to hang your wet towels or coats on. Light bulbs missing from fixtures.  Not enough towels for the number of people.  No laundry facilities.
