The Stainzerhof in the middle of Stainz, a jewel embedded in the wonderful hilly landscape of Western Styria, was completely renovated in spring 2020. With this renovation, the hotel has brought the region into the house and is counting on the cooperation with the winegrowers of the Schilcherland. Each of the 45 rooms is dedicated to a specific theme - wine growers of the region, grape varieties, vineyards, the Schilcherland region and the Stainzer Flascherlzug now give the rooms their names. A small but fine wellness area with sauna, relaxation room, sun terrace and fitness room completes the hotel's offer. There are also free parking spaces and WLan is free of charge in the whole hotel. For events of all kinds, the hotel has rooms for up to 120 people. In the restaurant "Wirtshaus" you can enjoy all kinds of delicious regional dishes, the cosy bar invites you to have a nightcap and on the terraces at the Stainzbach you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or lunch and dinner when the weather is fine. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel you will find the Stainz Castle, the historic "Flascherlzug", an outdoor swimming pool or tennis courts. The city of Deutschlandsberg is only 14 km away and the Styrian capital Graz is only 30 km away. Living, dining & seminar - all under one roof - where the Schilcherland region is tangible.
