Very convenient location
Guests really seemed to like the location. They mentioned that the proximity of the interstate made it really easy to travel to locations around the region. The proximity of Hanscom Air Force Base was also said to be a major plus.

Compared to the rates and facilities of other hotels in this category, especially ones closer to Boston, they felt they received an excellent rate for decent accommodation.

This was perhaps the most common, and most serious, complaint about the hotel. The majority of guests felt that the hotel was not looking its best, with the décor very dated. They believed it would need a comprehensive renovation if it was to remain competitive.

A number of guests reported being disturbed by noise from within the complex. The open walkways were said to be a major source, with people partying or fighting there, keeping guests in nearby rooms awake.
