The rooms were found to be clean by guests. They were happy to have the bathrooms and rooms cleaned frequently. The beds were also comfortable and guests enjoyed staying in rooms that provided for the necessities.

For guests who were traveling by car, it was nice for them to have free parking available on site. They did not have to worry about the high parking costs that are common in Italy or to look for a parking space at the end of the day.

The location is in the middle of the train station and the historical part of the city. Guests who did not arrange for pick up or had a car found it difficult to walk to the hotel. If they wanted to use the shuttle, they had to eat at the restaurant.

The staff was found to be unfriendly by guests who stayed here. They did not feel the warmth of customer service that is supposed to be the norm. If there were complaints on sites, the hotel would respond with sarcastic and annoyed remarks as if it was the guest's fault.
