Of course it had to be the central location that guests most enjoyed. The royal parks and Oxford Street, as well as many, many more attractions, were all very nearby.

Guests really seemed to like the modern makeover the apartments have received. While they also liked the charming Victorian facade, they were happy that, inside, all was sleek and up to date.

Several guests were surprised and delighted to find that their kitchen really was fully equipped. If they were self-catering they found that they could easily prepare whatever meal they cared to cook.

This was perhaps the most common, and most serious, complaint. Guests firstly point out that there is no staff on-site permanently, leading to an awkward checking-in process that doesn't always go according to plan  Secondly, the guests did not seem to have a high opinion of the agents customer service abilities, saying that once the had checked in they were pretty much on their own.

The building is almost on Oxford Street, one of Europe's busiest shopping thoroughfares. As a result, many guests reported that it was quite noisy at any time, day or night. The suggestion was simply to bring earplugs.

While it wasn't a major issue for any guests, a couple did report that the building's lift was both small and slow. To save on the frustration, and possibly claustrophobia, guests may consider using the stairs when not hauling their luggage.
