Positive Reviews
positive:
Great rooms and spotlessly clean.
Rooms here are a great base from which to enjoy multiple onsite facilities as well as the beach which is a few minutes’ walk away. Rooms in the Miro block are at the back of the hotel and tend to be quieter. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels etc; are changed regularly.
positive:
Impressive food choices.
Nothing to complain about the food choices. Menus are changed daily and there’s lots to please everyone, including vegetarians and of course, kids. In addition to the restaurant, there’s a BBQ and pizza bar, so lots to please everyone.
positive:
Entertainment.
Entertainment is OK but, more than anything, it’s an opportunity to mix and socialize with other guests. There’s a good programme, too, for kids, so they are kept well occupied.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Preference given to Spanish guests.
It’s an annoying fact of life that hotel staff give preference to Spanish guests as opposed to those from other countries. Irritating? You bet!
negative:
Lots of extras.
The list of services and attractions is as long as your arm, but they are not all ‘included’! ... Things like the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, sauna, Wi-Fi … the list goes on ... they are only available at an extra cost!
negative:
Rooms for improvement.
Cleaning is a bit slap dash and in a hotel that seems to supply virtually everything, the omission of real basics like a hairdryer from the room - is really amazing. Then there’s the old trick of pushing 2 single beds together and calling it a double!
