The hotel's central location made it an ideal base for exploring all the local city attractions and guests also appreciated being able to reach some of the numerous local bars, restaurants and shops on foot.
The hotel lobby was described as stylishly decorated with plenty of seats where guests could sit and wait for their cars to be delivered by the valet. The lounge was also highly praised by the guests who said that it was cozy with plenty of comfortable chairs where guests can relax with their daily paper or a few pre-dinner drinks.
The staff have been described as friendly and always willing to help guests with their various queries and requests. The front-desk personnel offered helpful tips and advice with regards to the local area whilst the serving staff were said to be attentive and polite.
Guests were disappointed to find that the bathrooms were quite small and cramped with very little room to move around. Many said that they were inconvenienced by inadequate counter space as they had nowhere to place their toiletries.
The air-conditioning units were said to be rather dated and old with many guests stating that they were not able to use them in the evenings due to the loud noise the units produced. Many resorted to opening their windows in order to cool down.
