Rooms and entire hotel are perfectly clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable which make for a peaceful night’s rest. The room is also very quiet which is surprising considering the hotel’s closeness to the busy highway.
From checking guests in, the hotel's employees always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home. They are very courteous and helpful. They seem to enjoy interacting with guests and doing their job professionally. Their positive attitude together with their customer service skills makes guests to have a lovley stay at the hotel.
The hotel is well priced and offers a good choice of food and drinks. The charges remain reasonable with regard to the services offered to the guests. The rates are acceptable and guests on a budget will find this hotel appropriate.
At times guests had to wait for quite some time in order to get to their rooms after arriving at the front desk. This was quite cumbersome to those travelling with children.
The Wi-Fi signal is very weak if at all present in most of the rooms. Slow speeds are also experienced in a few public areas.
