Positive Reviews
positive:
Hard working staff.
The staff members deserve a round of applause, as they seem to work tirelessly, and with a never-ending amount of professionalism. The staff are constantly at hand to see to all guest requests, and to all guests needs. Customer satisfaction is a highly valued belief.
positive:
Great breakfast.
The morning meal is by far the most important, and guests are treated to a selection between croissants, meats, yoghurt, juices, and a selection of cheeses. With these on option, guests will be able to enjoy their days, properly fuelled, and ready to go.
positive:
Great location!
The medieval city gates are just a short walk away from where Hotel Aragon is located. Another bonus is that the hotel is located on the not-so-steep side of town, so guests will find they are able to walk anywhere, without having to worry about exerting too much energy hiking up and down hills.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Shower valves need attention.
The valves in the showers need attention, as guests will find that if anyone else makes use of a tap, or flushes a toilet, the temperature changes drastically, and one can end up with a rather nasty experience of being scalded.
negative:
Cot-style beds.
The cot style beds unfortunately don't offer much in the way of comfort for guests. The beds are not the plush mattresses one would expect when staying at a four/five-star resort, as this is more along the lines of a budget accommodation, but comfortable beds would not be amiss.
negative:
Small rooms
As is typical in most European hotels, the rooms at Hotel Aragon are on the smaller side, and many guests may not find this as acceptable as others do. The rooms are comfortable, if just on the tight side.
