The Granby boasts a convenient location in Gravesend, within easy reach of the National Rail Service Stations and the Ebbsfleet International Station, from which Eurostar departs. Guests also loved being within easy reach of many sightseeing destinations, restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. Bluewater Shopping Centre is recommended by many travellers.

The staff at The Granby is friendly, helpful, and accommodating, according to most reviews.  If you run into any problems, they will try to resolve it in an efficient manner. If you need suggestions on where to go or how to get there, don't hesitate to ask, as the staff is very knowledgeable about the area.

Though most guests didn't have a complaint, some found that in a few of the rooms, noise from the street traffic and neighbours next door can be bothersome. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring a pair of earplugs as a precaution, and ask for a quieter room away from the roads.

There were several repeated complaints throughout the reviews. Some of the rooms have poor water pressure and guests also complained about having limited hot water. On a separate note, guests also found the beds and the pillows mildly uncomfortable.

Some guests found it inconvenient that the rooms had a lack of storage space to sort out personal items.
