Negative Reviews
negative:
Some Grumpy Staff
Some guests found the staff to be unhelpful and unfriendly, and an experienced travelers were appalled to see so many staff taking cigarette breaks near the hotel front lobby, so that smoke was drifting into a non-smoking hotel. The reception desk and the front lobby were likewise found to be at best very average. .
negative:
Coffee Not Good
The coffee was not good, and a poor Wi-Fi signal was definitely not appreciated, and in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there was not very much to entertain or amuse. Thin walls also meant that noise from other guests, outside traffic and banging doors intruded a great deal.
negative:
Poor Equipment
The controls of the TV, which itself was not high definition, were inadequate, and the closing time for breakfast was felt to be too early. However all in all the hotel created a favorable, if slightly tired impression. .
