Our new B&B CONDE CECILIO, completely reformed have familiar and friedly atmosphere. Ideal for short visits to the historic city center of Granada capital.This house is situated at the next corner from the one of the best terrace area of the city center, Campos del Principe, also just few minutes walking distance from the historic city center, like Albaycin and Alhambra. Everything is close, you are living outside of the tourist areas, but still at the city center. The Guesthouse have only 4 rooms for visitors, to guarantee quiet stay for tired hosta. At the entrance floor we have one TWIN room, family bathroom and the common lounge with free coffee corner. At the second floor we have 1 DOUBLE room with a frenh balcony, another DOUBLE room with large windows and one TRIPLE room wiht a french balcony. There is also large roof terrace with plants and laundry area. Nearest bus stop is about 2 min from the house, at the Molinos street. For sporty addicts, there is very easy access to go for a run, to the Alhambra Palaces park, or longer for a short trekking "Llano De La Perdiz" 5km. COMMON AREAS: We try to keep the house quiet, so there is capacity max 10 persons. The large common lounge at the entrance level, have table for 6-8 persons to have your breakfast or just met the rest of the visitors. There is also small common fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water heater. Free use of coffee and cookies. For the sanitary reasons the use of the kichen is just heating your meal, there is no option for make any meals. At the second floor there is another bathroom and small french balcony.
