The helpful and pleasant staff is very accommodating and with pleasing disposition. From the reception staff to the breakfast staff, everyone was nice and took great care in making sure everything is good.

There is no elevator at the hotel, which means walking up to the room upstairs even with your luggage. Guests were not really about this missing feature at the hotel.
No room safe, leaking walls & ceiling, cracked tub in the bathroom, damp smell in rooms and unclean carpet are some of the minor issues highlighted by guests.
