Some of the guests appreciated the fact that they could cook their food in the common kitchen. Cooking made it helpful for the guests who had difficulty eating food outside every day during the stay.

Guests have frequently commented that the place was very reasonably priced as they got the basic facilities and decent services for the price they had paid. Moreover, guests found the speed of the Wi-Fi quite fast. Guests added that this place is ideal for the people who want cheap place to stay.

Lot of guests reported that the manager of the place was very friendly and helpful. They added, he (the manager) did not mind going out of his way to help them. He tried his best to ensure the guests a comfortable stay.

Lot of the guests reported that there was a very strong curry smell all over the place which caused lot discomfort to them.

Some of the guests commented on the dirty linens on the bed of their respective rooms while other complained about the messy and filthy kitchen. Some of them mentioned that they did not get regular room cleaning services. Furthermore, milk and water that the hotel served was out of date. Others mentioned that their room had very thin blinds and due to the bright street light outside, they faced difficulty in sleeping.

Few guests complained that they could not sleep peacefully and were disturbed throughout the night as they could constantly hear the noise from the room next door. They added, this perhaps happened because of the thin walls of the Ava residence.
