The service offered at this hotel is impeccable. The staff was very polite and friendly. They smiled a lot and were able to settle conflicts easily and gracefully. They also spoke English properly and had a vast knowledge of the area around Tokyo.
positive:
Cosy rooms even for a longer stay
The rooms were bigger than those of other typical hotels in Japan. There was enough storage, which was great for the guests who lingered. Moreover, the beds are cosy and the blinds effectively block out the light.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A lot of extra charges
The guests were charged for using the towels, sleepers, toothbrushes, ironing facilities, and hairdryers. However, these amenities were clean and worked well. They also made the guests' stay complete.
negative:
Poor soundproofing system
The hotel is located in an area where many tourists roam around. For this reason, guests with sensitive ears to noise were not able to sleep well at times. Thus, you are advised to close the windows and wear earplugs before sleeping.
negative:
Bathroom issues bothered some guests
The size of the bathrooms is enough for guests to have decent baths. However, some of the toilet seats were loose. They needed to be flushed more than once too. In addition, the water pressure was weak at times. If the technician cannot sort things out quickly when you experience this, you can ask for a room transfer.
