Guest House Villa Altea has a surface of 270 m2, our palm tree garden is approx.1300 m2. It has charming and spectacular views of both the sea and the mountains. We have sun beds and lounge sofas at the terrace and a large number of fruit trees in the garden. WIFI for free and large flat screens and air conditioning/heating everywhere. The private swimming pool measures 9 m x 4 m and gets sun all day. There is also a big trampoline. For your convenience, we offer you quality bedding and mattresses. Towels and beach towels are also included. Next to the villa there is a large driveway with free and private parking space. The sea is 1.5 km away (Playa la Olla) and the center of the city with its shops and restaurants is 3.5 km away. We can recommend a rental car. You can simply pick up the car at Alicante Airport on arrival. Benidorm is just 20 min away, Alicante is 40 min away and Valencia is 1.5 h away. Our rooms, studio and suite are spacious and have satellite TV, free WIFI, sitting corner, a terrace, refrigerator, air-conditioning and coffee and tea facilities. Also great views. Hiking in the sierras, mountain biking, water sports, fine dining, tapas, shopping, water parks, a lot to discover.
