Most of the guests agreed that the rooms were clean and well-maintained. They were spacious and had nice furniture as well as bathroom fixtures. In fact, the other parts of the inn like the lobby and hallways were also kept clean. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable and the guests had a good nights’ sleep.
The inn has a very convenient location, which gave an easy access to guests. They could just stroll into the town and visit the shops, restaurants and museums. Guests loved the assortment of different types of items displayed at the gift shop. The collection of unique jewelry here was a hit amongst the guests. Yellowstone is also located close by.
Guests could not stop appreciating the staff members. The accommodating and helpful staff is one of the best features of the hotel. They were very friendly and assisted the guests with the directions as well as the places to eat.
Some of the guests were of the opinion that the inn is quite expensive as compared to the facilities offered by them. Pricing it economically would be more inviting for guests.
Breakfast was not served at the inn. Guests had to walk through the parking lot and another building that houses the gift shop and then into the dining room at the back of that building. Though 100 yards away, it is not very convenient as per many guests.
Few guests who had a lot of luggage were disappointed at not finding a luggage cart.
