For a room that's only a few miles from the water, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find the Franciscan Inn Motel inexpensive yet comfortable. It's a great way to stay near the beach and save some extra cash for beachside dining, watersports, or shopping.

When you stay at the motel, not only will you save a few dollars, but you'll find that each room, though Spartan, is comfortable and relaxed. Some rooms are downright spacious, and the housekeeping staff makes sure they're neat and clean every day as well.

As you leave the area near reception, you'll find that the wireless signal begins to diminish, meaning you may have a sluggish or nonexistent connection in your room. If you require a more consistent signal, you may wish to book a room closer to the office or bring a mobile hot spot.

Although not unheard of, guests felt it was important to mention that the Franciscan Inn requires an in-cash damage deposit before handing you a room key. Although inconvenient, the motel will return it in full once you depart.
