The personnel is professional and welcoming, making you feel at home, and going the extra mile to service your needs. Guests were very impressed with the personal attention from the staff, and that they were often called by name, even my staff members they didn't personally meet.
Guests rave about their experience with the Ski Concierge. The service is wonderful; the staff, attentive. If you'd like, they are willing to help you carry your equipment. Parents were pleased to see the personnel being extra helpful with young children. You can also find complimentary drinks and snacks in the main lobby.
While most guests enjoyed the quality of the spa treatments, a few complained about the staff there being pushy in trying to sell them products from the store, even after politely declining.
The Wi-Fi is free but limited in speed. It's meant to support only one device. Guests may want to upgrade one of the paid options for better service.
Some guests loved their dining experience, others complained about the breakfast not being very impressive, the items in the menu not correctly described, and the cookies stale. The dinner experience, however, did not receive any complaints.
