The staff are genuinely approachable, and tend to requests in a timely fashion. They warmly welcome all guests, including the dogs, and are always ready to help and make sure you have what you want.

Rooms are very poor and in dirty conditions.
The positive opinions of the rooms being just right are unbalanced by a lot of negative assessments. Worn out and unclean conditions, bad odours, stained and torn linens, and exposed wiring have put many off to returning in the future.

Not only is the Wi-Fi inconsistent when you get a signal, but it often doesn't travel to all of the rooms. If you're planning on being online during your stay, then you should anticipate doing it outside of the hotel.
