Positive Reviews
positive:
Comfortable apartments
Guests say that these apartments are well appointed, with for example enough kitchen equipment available to be able to self-cater effectively and enough space for a family to feel like you are not under each other's feet. All in all, these modern apartments are well up to scratch.
positive:
Great views
The views from these apartments are said to be wonderful. Guests have a full view out over the sea, and they really like this as it helps make them feel like they truly are on holiday.
positive:
Free parking
It is a nice bonus that free parking is included, particularly because the apartments are so close to the sea front. Guests are issued with a permit on arrival, allowing them to park on the street nearby. This is preferable to paying for parking in private facilities in the town.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi
A number of guests have said that the Wi-Fi, although advertised as free, is so poor that it virtually impossible to use. This has been a disappointment for some guests, especially for those keen to keep in touch with friends and family while they are away on holiday.
negative:
No lift to higher floors
The absence of a lift at these apartments has been an inconvenience for some guests. For families staying on the higher floors for example, they have found it difficult to carry luggage and prams up the stairs. If you suffer from mobility issues in general, then you might not want to stay here.
negative:
No staff when you need them
Apart from when you arrive and leave, guests say that staff a rarely seen. This is an issue if any problems need solving, so with this in mind guests would prefer increased staff presence on site.
