On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, living room with lounge-dining room and access to a balcony, a bathroom with WC. On the 2nd floor, large bedroom with 1 bed 140 and an extra bed 90. This room is on a landing and allows access to the 3rd floor with a curtain to isolate the passage. On the 3rd floor: a bedroom with a 140 bed and a children's cabin mezzanine with books and games. For your greatest pleasure, you will have an enclosed outdoor space in front of the house with garden furniture and barbecue. Gas heating 50 € / week, wood: 40 € / half stere.
