The apartment nº 58 in bloc 1, has been fully renovated to a very high standard. It has two good sized bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate kitchen. The apartment is on the first floor, just 7 steps away from the lift, but If you don’t want to use the lift there are 16 steps to climb. In the living come dining room there is a flatscreen TV with USB socket and with a wide selection of international TV and radio channels. As in all of our other apartments, there is free WiFi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and all of the kitchen utensils that you could want. There is a air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom, and there is a fan in the second bedroom. From the living room there is a small terrace from which you can see some of the shopping area of Calle Huertos and into Calle Frigiliana. The sun is on the terrace from around noon until till late in the afternoon. The pool is open throughout the year, and there is also a splash pool for the children. You can sun bathe all day and every day on the lawn around the pool.
