Previous guests were pleased with the hotel’s convenient location in relation to the Derry city-centre. It is roughly a 20-minute walk along the water to the centre. The hotel’s on-site parking and car rental allows for guests to commute around the area by car.

The Ramada Da Vincis staff is very welcoming and helpful from the moment you check-in to the moment you check-out. Hospitality is a top priority for the entire service staff. They are committed to making your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Specifically, the restaurant and pub staff do an excellent job keeping guests satisfied with the service.

The Grillroom restaurant and Main Bar are well-run establishments. Previous guests were very pleased with the quality of food and drinks served at the on-site establishments. There are a number of food options to choose from. The restaurants serves locally-grown produce so your meal is expected to be served fresh. Guests can enjoy traditional Irish fare with views of the quaint village.

Sign is easy to miss.
Some guests had difficulty finding the hotel entrance due to the property location. It is situated behind some buildings on the main road. Some felt the road signage could be more prominent, as they missed the exit.

Despite the spacious double beds in each room, some guests felt the hotel beds were rather uncomfortable and featured protruding springs, causing slight back pain.

Despite rave reviews from the food served at the Grillmaster restaurant, several guests felt there were a lack of variety at the breakfast buffet.
