the location of this motel as they are only a short walk from a large shopping
centre or from the train station, from where it is only a short trip into
Melbourne's CBD. If you are driving there is easy access to the main road.

You will find the staff at the motel are very pleasant and polite. They are easy to talk to, being helpful and obliging. In short, they are happy to assist guests where they can.

A very tired first impression
You may think the motel is in need of some redecorating and updating as it looks rundown and shabby in areas, particularly the exterior. In fairness, guests are generally surprised to find their rooms are nicer than their first impression suggested.

Breakfast needs to be improved
Guests are
not overly impressed with the breakfast provided. Although it is a continental
breakfast, meaning expectations are not very high to begin with, guests are
nevertheless disappointed that there was no fresh fruit some days and no butter
for the bread on others. Bread and cereal are said to be not particularly fresh.

Not all
rooms had everything guests were expecting. Guests were disappointed that they
did not have the plates, bowls and cutlery they would have needed to be able to
use their kitchenettes. Other noted they had nowhere to hang their clothes, as
well as no ironing facilities.
