Eloi Merle is a traditional French B&B with rooms located in an original grand Maison de Maître or you can stay in one of our five self catering gîtes located in the quiet private grounds. Our accommodation is set in a small private park. Its renown for its peace and ambience yet situated in the centre of Olonzac. Our buffet breakfast, served in the garden on most days, will give you the start you need to explore an area full of natural beauty and things to see and do. With a private swimming pool and plenty of space to relax in the gardens and grounds, we will ensure you have a memorable stay in the heart of the Minervois. We are close to the Canal du Midi, Carcassonne, Narbonne and the fabulous beaches of the Mediterranean. Perfect for cycling and walking tours. Our five rooms in the house are all en suite with double beds, seating area, tea and coffee making facilities. Our gites are located in our garden overlooking the pool. They are one bedroom for maximum of 2 adults. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, television and bathroom with power shower.
