It's A Breeze Getting Around
The subway station is a quick walk from the hotel. You can easily get around and the hotel locale is convenient if you are interested in going to Disneyland Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores nearby and the popular Daiba district can be reached by bus with a free JR pass. You will find several restaurants in the locale and Lawson convenience store is on the hotel's first floor. You can basically get around Tokyo without any problem.

Rooms Come With Decent Niceties
The rooms come with decent niceties like a comb, shampoo, soap, razor blades, towels, and cleaned daily to a good standard. The shower water pressure is great and the air conditioning is fantastic.
positive:
The Onsen Experience
The Onsen Spa is on the second floor and is very soothing and large. In fact, the size is large compared to other hotels in the Tokyo area.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms Are Too Small
The hotel rooms are extremely small. It's almost like sleeping in a coffin. Even rooms for families are very small. There is no space to open your luggage and opening the bathroom door is difficult.
negative:
Communication Is Difficult
You may find difficulty communicating if you don't speak the local language. The staff's English is minimal at best. This can cause difficulties if you have an issue or need directions. What's more, the TV only has one English station, and if you want English movies you have to pay extra. The payment is only good for one night. The Wi-Fi is poor as well.
negative:
Flat As A Pancake
The pillows are as flat as a pancake. You will need at least several to feel comfortable and then fold them in half!
